Founded in 1488 by Rao Bika, a Rajput prince, Bikaner is a radiant desert city in northwest Rajasthan. Unlike other major Rajasthan cities, Bikaner retains a relatively untouched, authentic old-world charm. It is famously known as the "Camel Country" due to its magnificent camel breeding farms and historic reliance on these ships of the desert.

Junagarh Fort
